TRIMIX DILUENT DIVER – 60m

COURSE OBJECTIVES
This is the course for divers wishing to utilize a closed circuit rebreather for mixed gas diving. The objective of the course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for trimix diving on the KISS Sidewinder, utilizing a trimix diluent containing 16% (+/- 1%) or greater oxygen to a maximum depth of 60 metres.

STUDENT PREREQUISITES
- Age – minimum 18 years old
- KISS Sidewinder Air Diluent Decompression or KISS Sidewinder Helitrox Diluent Decompression Diver Certificate
- Advanced level of sidemount skills including stages handling
- Provide a verified log of a minimum of 50 rebreather hours distributed over a minimumof 50 dives, with at least 25 dives and 25 hours on the specific rebreather unit and at least 10 rebreather dives to 30 metres or deeper requiring staged decompression.
